When do I get my donation receipt?

Since May 2022, you can download your donation receipt yourself via your personal donation overview on betterplace.org. Please note that this is only possible after a period of at least 30 days after the donation.

In the donation overview, you can also have your donation receipts for previous years sent to you again if necessary.

If you do not download your donation receipt(s) yourself during a year, you will receive a collective receipt from us as usual at the beginning of the following year. This will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when you made your donation. The automatic donation receipt for the previous year is usually sent by us by March at the latest.
